Dubai Racing Club (DRC) announced on Wednesday a plan to launch a global equine token marketplace, where horse-racing aficionados or spectators will be turned into stakeholders.The pioneering racehorse tokenisation programme—in partnership with Dubai-based regulated platform Tokinvest—aimed at introducing new ways for fans to engage with elite horseracing, would enable fans and investors to purchase digital tokens linked to a horse’s racing campaign. This means, token holders would be able to participate in race earnings associated with the tokenised portion of a horse and access tiered race-day experiences, with benefits varying by tier.
