Aadhaar-PAN linking: If the PAN is not linked, it becomes inactive. However, the PAN can be reactivated by paying a penalty of Rs 1,000 and completing the linking process.

Aadhaar-PAN linking: Every individual who has been issued a Permanent Account Number (PAN) and is eligible to obtain an Aadhaar number is required to link their PAN with Aadhaar as per the provisions of Section 139AA of the Income Tax Act, 1961. This service ensures compliance with income tax regulations and helps avoid issues like PAN deactivation. It is a fast, secure, and convenient way to stay updated about your Aadhaar-PAN linking status.
