The conferment marks a personal milestone and brings attention to the institution’s international honorary recognition initiative.

Mrs. Victoria Valkovskaya has received an Honorary Doctorate from EPSRU Smart University, Delaware, USA, marking a significant occasion in her personal and professional journey.

The honour places Valkovskaya among the institution’s honorary recipients, providing a formal occasion to celebrate her journey and look ahead to future contributions. Honorary recognition can also offer recipients a wider platform for sharing experience, encouraging others and strengthening connections across professional and community networks.

Her nomination and conferment journey is introduced in a dedicated portfolio presentation published on the GloMont NextGen YouTube channel, with support from the EPSRU Smart University International Conferment Team. Prepared ahead of the ceremonial recognition, the video forms part of a series presenting nominees to a broader audience.

The presentation extends warm wishes to Valkovskaya for continued achievement and meaningful contributions. Alongside the conferment, it provides a public record of an important stage in her recognition journey.

For Valkovskaya, the honorary doctorate represents a milestone whose value can extend beyond the ceremony itself. Recognition of this kind offers an opportunity to reflect on past experience and consider how that experience might support others through mentorship, collaboration and continued engagement.

The occasion also draws attention to EPSRU’s approach to honorary recognition. The university’s published framework describes honours across fields including entrepreneurship, education, technology, professional practice, leadership, arts and humanitarian service. It states that nominations are subject to evaluation, verification and institutional approval.

By recognising contributions across different disciplines, the institution provides a setting in which individual journeys can be shared with an international audience. Its portfolio presentations complement the ceremonial aspect of conferment by introducing the people associated with its recognition activities.

Valkovskaya’s conferment adds a new chapter to her journey, bringing together personal recognition and the prospect of continued participation in a wider community of professionals and honorary recipients.
